Log Message:
Add "installsets" target, which copies the sets ${INSTALLSETS} from
${DESTDIR} into ${INSTALLDIR}.
INSTALLDIR is mandatory.
INSTALLSETS is optional, and if its not given, the following sets are used:
        base comp games man misc text
