actually, if you feel inclined, you could simply replace the "%c" with
"%a %b %e %T %Y" so that you get the same output with no y2k risks.

or replace the "%c %Z" with "%a, %e %b %Y %T %z (%Z)" which is a
rfc2822 compliant date format with no y2k concerns whatsoever.
