Log Message:
Use the digest program that we built during the bootstrap process, rather
than trying to build the digest package. Move the DESCR and PLIST files
into the digest directory. Create the size files, and copy them to
$PKG_DBDIR.

We keep the definition of the pkgsrc directory here, since it's
checked on Darwin to make sure it's not on an HFS.
