Pull up the following patch from FSF GCC (fixes aborts when compiling
large functions for ARMv4):

* config/arm/arm.h (LEGITIMIZE_RELOAD_ADDRESS): Treat QImode
addresses the same way GO_IF_LEGITIMATE_INDEX does.
