Pull in bug fix from XFree86 4.2 branch:
 157. Add some reference counting for Xlib's i18n modules, preventing
      a module getting unloaded while it's still in use (#5160, Owen Taylor).
This fixes a core dump that used to happen under certain circumstances when
using a Japanese input method and gtk+'s initialization function was called.
