FYI the newest version of PCL-CVS is an integral part of Emacs-21.2.

Personally I'd want to have this package conflict with editors/emacs21
since 2.9.9 is significantly out-of-date w.r.t. the integrated version.

(to the group:  when's editors/emacs21 moving to editors/emacs?)
