No.
At least, your last one:
Cisco "gre" == BSD "gre" == BSD "ipip"
...is incorrect. The correct one is:
Cisco "gre" == BSD "gre"
BSD "ipip" ~== BSD "gif", but will less functionality, which is the reason
BSD "ipip" was excised, in favor of just using BSD "gif" :-)
