Pull up revision 1.143 (requested by bouyer):
  In hpt_pci_intr(), accept interrupt only once IDEDMA_CTL_ACT is
  turned off.  Fixes DMA errors, lost interrupts, and other nasty
  errors with some HPT730s in native mode.
