Pull up revisions 1.25-1.26,1.28-1.29,1.31 (requested by lukem):
  Jumbo pullup for newfs:
   o allow ``m'' suffix in MFS size
   o replace ``filesystem'' with ``file system''
   o manual page typos and other corrections
