Pull up revision 1.98 (requested by fvdl):
  Always initialize ni_rootdir in nfs_namei().  This fixes a problem
  where use of ``..'' would instead use the information for ``.'',
  when using NetBSD/alpha NFS servers, and fixes PR#11618 ands
  PR#12953.
