 o Fix . vs. .. problem in NFS server code (visible on alpha NFS servers)
 o mips pmap: fix problems on machines without L2 cache
 o send-pr: pull in Release information from submitter's environment
 o add hz(9) and hardclock(9)
 o Fix initialization problem in uvn_io(), could otherwise cause kernel crash
 o elinkxl: correct problem with LED polarity on CardBus 3c575[BC] cards
 o vmstat: change display to avoid memory results from running into each other
