Log Message:
Wcd attacment code for the Milan. The Milan has the standard dual IDE port
hardware. A Milan specific attachment is needed to modify the iot so that
the streaming methods do a byteswap.
Configure like:
  wdcisa0 at isa? port 0x1f0 irq 14
  wdcisa1 at isa? port 0x170 irq 15
