Rip apart libtool into "base" and "info" part.
This is (only) the info pages. 

Reason for the ripout:
 * To build the info pages, you need gtexinfo
 * to build gtexinfo, you need zlib
 * zlib is a library, which can be built with libtool. (Now, after this
   chicken-and-egg situation is resolved :-)
