Adding a comment would be fine.  I understand the helpfulness of a sync-mark
in files, and a great example is the IPv6 sources we sync with KAME (which
has changes going in both directions, so as of right now neither project
"originates" the files anymore).

If we are attempting to keep these files in sync, we *should* have a FreeBSD
tag; that's only common sense.  Additionally, we *SHOULD NOT* have
xenophobic sudden commits to reverse that situation before a discussion.
Take it to a list first.
