Now hpcmips supports X server (fix comment).

On MIPS, separate compileling is not necessary for shared library.
Therefore, 'SeparateSharedCompile' should be defined to 'NO'.

All binaries (perhaps except experimental X server) should be compiled with
optimization to reduce size. So, delete '# define OptimizedCDebugFlags  -g'
line from hpcmips defines.
