I have duplicated the first part of this fix in dot.profile. I'm not
sure about the second half, however -- tset still serves some purpose in
the case where the terminal is known. Rather, in that case, it should
be called without the `\?' in its argument, which will still set TERMCAP
appropriately, but will not query the user.
If no one objects, I will modify dot.{login,profile} to do this later
this evening.
