The correct fix is for us to implement RWHOIS once and for all, and be done
with the age-old fixed-host protocol (except when someone Really Wanted It
by specifying `-h').  ;)

He's right, though:  Network Solutions is now not the only registrar that
can create _and maintain_ a domain in .COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.
