I've got a smattering of NetBSD boxes on the same network - an alpha
using we1, pc's using ex0 and ep0 and half a dozen pmaxes. _All_
of the pmaxes complain at various times, _nothing_ else does. It's
particularly annoying on one pmax being used as a an xterm. I've had
a similar local change (but a little more brutal - just '#if 0') for a
while and welcome the change - it's one less local change to maintain
for me at least...
