Wait!  Why are we adding pciide attachments at pnpbios?!  PCI is a
direct-config bus; we should only really be concerned about ISA-space
devices w/ pnpbios...

...or is this a case where the Portege 3000's IDE doesn't appear in
PCI space at all?
