[I noted that the gettytab was reverted]

Please revert the master.passwd, at least until the matter can be
discussed publicly. I think changing roots shell is something which should
be put up for public discussion before doing.

If the concensus is either for, or appathetic, then the change is fine.
But it shouldn't be done by fiat. :-)

(I personally find both sh & csh repulsive but found csh less repulsive as
a root shell, and also liked having toor around).
