Don't build the directory, as addnerd does this for us and will fail
if it already exists. Should fix pkg/6949 by Nigel Reed 
<nigel%nelgin.nu@localhost>.
Also don't assume ${prefix}/sbin is in the search path and call addnerd
with complete path.
