Note (in retrospect) the changes to pkg_create(1) to ensure that any
symbolic links under $PREFIX are made relative to $PREFIX, and note
also the BUILD_DEFS changes to bsd.pkg.mk, and the pkg_* tools, to
include +BUILD_VERSION and +BUILD_DEFS files in binary packages, and
the modifications to pkg_info(1) to display these files.
