- Have dc_ibus.c to split DC7085 driver body and MD match/attach routines
as Matt Thomas suggested.  Needs more work to move dc.c at dev/dec/.
- Abandon TIOC{MSET,MBIS,MBIC} ioctls.
- Fix typos in dc7085var.h
