Log Message:
A pkg for Bob Supnik's simh processor simulator.  Can simulate the IBM
1401, Nova, and PDP-{1,4,5,7,8,9,11,15} on both big and little endian
processors.  (Can run the free binary distribution of V6 and V7.)
