* Fix several mandoc typos.  Describe ioasic DMA channels as mapping
  from 16-bit device addresses to 32-bit TC DMA space.
* Sync with reality (pmax config now attaches ioasic at tc, not
  vice-versa, for compatibility with the Alpha.)
