-add DHCP support - this option also extends the vendor extension area
  to 312 bytes (The classical 64 bytes are likely to be too small if a
  rootpath is transferred.)
-make CMU vendor extension support optional
-remove code handling domain name/server (unneeded for boot code)
- -Wall fixes in debug code
