- Remove a duplicated OSVendor define
- Build static libraries
- Redefine Inst*Flags to match the NetBSD permission style
- New amigaArchitecture support
- Remove some duplicated lines for the MipsArchitecture
- Move the define for BuildServer on the AlphaArchitecture to
  the first ifdef AlphaArchitecture.
