- Rewrite this program to use libkvm, not grovel /dev/kmem manually.  Remove
  all of the old 4.{2,3}BSD VM goop.
- Fix a few 64-bit bugs.
- Add prototypes.
- Fix compiler warnings (including a Metric *load of printf formats).
- Build with WARNS.
- Update copyright.
