...and, to state for the record, yes, I am aware that the commit to
this file, pcib.c, and mainbus.c were on the main trunk, not the
thorpej-bus-dma branch.  Reason: the changes are only to add a comment,
so I didn't see the point in branching the files simply for that (esp.
since I'm hoping to pull this code into the mainline Very Soon).
