Sync w/ SPARC port, from Paul Krannenburg <pk%netbsd.org@localhost>:
Remove esp FLUSH when residual bytes are present in FIFO, the ncr53c9x
driver will flush when necessary. Doing the FLUSH here interferes
with DMA-enabled target selection.
