Log Message:
Implement sunos_sys_execve().  The previous code simply called
sys_execve() without doing an alternate patch check, which was
incorrect.  Bug pointed out by Krister Walfridsson <cato@df.lth.se>
on port-sparc@NetBSD.ORG.
