Change the PS/2 mouse driver to be a child of the "pckbd" attribute,
which represents the "keyboard controller".  Give "pc" and "vt" drivers
the "pckbd" attribute.  In pcattach() (pccons and pcvt), attach children
of the keyboard controller.
