Log Message:
The prototyping `fixes' broke vmapbuf() and vunmapbuf(), due to a "sz"
parameter parameters shadowing locals.  Replace vmapbuf() and vunmapbuf()
with the Alpha-port versions, which are cleaner (use round_page(),
trunc_page(), etc.)
