Add new fork/vfork ATF trests in t_ptrace_wait*

Add new tests:

 - fork_detach_forker
 - vfork_detach_vforker
 - vfork_detach_vforkerdone
 - fork_kill_forker
 - vfork_kill_vforker
 - vfork_kill_vforkerdone

All tests pass with recent kernel changes.
