[src/trunk]: src/usr.bin/make make(1): use FStr for ApplyModifiersState.newVal

details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/7159a0549d5c
branches: trunk
changeset: 958044:7159a0549d5c
user: rillig <rillig%NetBSD.org@localhost>

description:
make(1): use FStr for ApplyModifiersState.newVal

Memory management is still complicated in this area. To clean this up,
the previous value of the expression needs to be converted to an MFStr
first, and later to an FStr.
