external/gpl3/gcc: Suppress -Werror=maybe-uninitialized

Seems like false positive since the ASM_GENERATE_INTERNAL_LABEL macro
stores the value into prev_label, so it is alright for prev_label to
be uninitialized.

Error was reported when build.sh was run with MKSANITIZER=yes flag.
