description:
Pull up following revision(s) (requested by phx in ticket #841):
        sys/arch/amiga/include/vmparam.h: revision 1.43
Remove unused KUSER_AREA, SYSPTSIZE, USRPTSIZE.
Bump MAXTSIZ and MAXDSIZ to the same values atari is using.
This makes gcc 4.8 (/usr/libexec/cc1) load and execute.
