        sys/arch/aarch64/include/armreg.h: revision 1.26
        sys/arch/arm/cortex/gtmr.c: revision 1.41
        sys/arch/arm/include/armreg.h: revision 1.128
        sys/arch/arm/cortex/gtmr_var.h: revision 1.12

Add support for physical timers and sprinkle isb where needed.
