Pull up following revision(s) (requested by msaitoh in ticket #618):
        sys/net/if_ethersubr.c: revision 1.245
        sys/net/if_ethersubr.c: revision 1.247

  Use macro(ETHER_LOCK() and ETHER_UNLOCK()). No functional change.

- Modify ether_ioctl() for readability. No functional change.

- KNF
