Add kcpuset_clone, kcpuset_insersection, kcpuset_remove,
kcpuset_ffs, kcpuset_ffs_intersecting,
kcpuset_atomicly_merge, kcpuset_atomicly_intersect, kcpuset_atomicly_remove
