[src/trunk]: src/crypto/external/bsd/netpgp/dist/src/lib use hexdump() where ...

details:   https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/540122a4e93c
branches:  trunk
changeset: 754661:540122a4e93c
user:      agc <agc%NetBSD.org@localhost>
date:      Sat May 08 00:33:28 2010 +0000

description:
use hexdump() where possible.

get rid of all traces of dmalloc - it's not used anymore. we can now g/c
initialisation functions which do not do anything.

also get rid of the pkeyid() functions, which just prints a
hexadecimal string
