description:
Fix sume bugs.
  - Why +1 ?
  - mvidmac_dump_xoredesc() -> gtidmac_dump_xoredesc().
  - bitmask_snprintf() -> snprintb().
Support big endian machines with GTIDMAC_CCHR_ENDIAN_BE.
