description:
Add signal(7) manpage, with list of signals available under NetBSD.
For now, it includes just the list with basic information about
each signal, some more general signal-related staff might be
added in the future.

Thanks to Soren S. Jorvang <soren%NetBSD.org@localhost> for his help.

+.Sh STANDARDS
+The signals conform to
+.St -p1003.1-90 ,
+with the exception of
+.Dv SIGTRAP ,
+.Dv SIGEMT ,
+.Dv SIGBUS ,
+.Dv SIGSYS ,
+.Dv SIGURG ,
+.Dv SIGIO ,

+systems)
+and
+.Dv SIGPWR
+which comes from System V. On NetBSD,
+.Dv SIGPWR
+was introduced in version 1.4.
+.Sh NOTES
+The current NetBSD kernel never generates the
+.Dv SIGPWR
+signal.
