Create new file from rev 1.1 (requested by hamajima in ticket #1323):

Support the PowerBook G4 12-inch (and maybe 17-inch).
  Kauai ATA, new obio chip, and Japanese keymap for WSDISPLAY_COMPAT_RAWKBD
