description:
- more new ports
- more features
- improve display & details of 3rdparty updates
- add Ss2 sub section header for port specific stuff
- add 1.5 upgrade items, and refer to etc/postinstall
- add back ".if \n[FOR_RELEASE] \{\" i accidentally removed a couple of revs ago
