description:
Background colour erase is 'ut' not 'be'.
Add extra KEY_* definition.
Wrap definition of 'bool' with "#ifndef __cplusplus".
Add __attributes(...) to *printw() and *scanw().
Add wnoutrefresh()/doupdate() definitions.
