details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/5a51a1982869
branches: netbsd-1-5
changeset: 489669:5a51a1982869

description:
pullup (approved by releng-1-5)

enable rnd device. they are now mandatory for ssh/sshd support,
so it makes more sense to enable it.
please disable them if there's any issues, but in that case, in-tree
ssh/sshd won't work.
