description:
Add new tests traceme_vfork_clone* in ATF t_ptrace_wait*

Added tests:

 - traceme_vfork_clone
 - traceme_vfork_clone_vm
 - traceme_vfork_clone_fs
 - traceme_vfork_clone_files
 - traceme_vfork_clone_sighand
 - traceme_vfork_clone_vfork

All tests pass. Validate that children do not trigger any signals and dead
locks when traced by a vfork(2)ed parent.
