It'll probably end up with some rider on the bill, like: "This bill also
seeks to make WiFi access point providers responsible for any crimes
committed with a 10db range of their peak power."

It also, from what the bill claims, seems to make fiscal sense, which means
it won't have a chance of passing.

Even if it did pass, Bloomberg would place a tax on it.

Speaking of beer, I'll buy beers for someone if they explain a bit of
bus_space items to me on Thurs.  I'm getting a bit hung up on some of the
pci mapping stuff.
