Well the major ones:

* The lifetime of apple hardware is < 2 years. By that time, apple has
  switched technology to something completely new and different and your
  box is obsolete. That is nice if you have the $$$'s, but annoying if
  you don't.

* Apple's price performance ratio is always smaller than PeeCee's.
